UPSTAIRS
You'll find three large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is the 'Master Bedroom' with king-size bed (160 x 2m) and ensuite shower and toilet. The second (Bedroom 2) and third (Bedroom 3) comprise two singles. Both bedrooms have direct access to a bathroom with bath and a separate toilet. All three have access to a balcony that runs right round both sides of the chalet.

GROUND FLOOR
You'll find the hall, kitchen and dining-room. There is plenty of storage space for skis and outdoor gear before you enter the living-area. The dining table can seat up to 12 people, and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher, microwave and large fridge. A door gives access from the kitchen onto an expansive south facing deck equipped with barbeque, garden tables seating twelve and sun-loungers.
There is also a charming vaulted double bedroom (bedroom 4) on this floor, with its own shower, double-basin bathroom and separate toilet.

DOWNSTAIRS
This was the original living-quarters of the farm: two rooms now bedrooms 5 (king-size bed) and 6 (twin beds) with adjoining shower room/toilet and kitchenette. Large vaulted living-room with central pillar and wood-burner, home cinema and sound-system, piano, games and toys, 58M2. Party atmosphere guaranteed! Double doors open from a reading area/hall onto a small enclosed garden.
You will also find the utility-room with washer and dryer, sink; spare fridge and food/wine storage in the cellar.

The chalet has modern fully automated central heating which gives a constant warm ambient temperature throughout the winter months.

Crisp white bed-linen and fluffy white towels are provided with toiletries; the beds are made up when you arrive. End-of-stay cleaning is also included, though we ask our guests to leave the chalet as they found it as much as possible.

The views from the chalet and garden at Chalet Clarée are of the church and village with the mountain skyline all around opening southwards allowing optimal sunshine.

As with all AlpBase accommodation the chalet comes complete with lots of local information about what's on offer, including free loan of maps, guidebooks and information sheets on rock and ice climbing, mountain biking, walking, ski mountaineering and Via Ferrata. We can also arrange family multi activity courses for you run by the best guides and instructors in the Hautes Alpes.
