Located in a commanding position above Vallouise with superb southerly views, Apartment Eyrie is brand new and beautifully finished throughout. It can comfortably accommodate up to six people. Located on the first floor of a purpose-built new chalet block Eyrie is ideally suited for an active family summer holiday, walkers and mountain bikers in spring and autumn, and skiers and ice climbers in winter. Then again it’s great just to chill out in!

The apartment is all on one level, and comprises a double bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, separate toilet, an open plan kitchen/living room (complete with DVD player, Internet and TV) with two additional bed/sofa chairs, and a dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a microwave oven. There is also an underground garage, a separate storage room, a superb south facing balcony and a very large garden (equipped with a gaz barbecue) with panoramic views.
The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the centre of Vallouise were you will find restaurants, a post office, a small supermarket, hotels/bars and several patisseries. During the ski season, there is a bus service that goes from the outskirts of Vallouise (10 minutes walk) to the local ski resort of Puy-St-Vincent and Pelvoux, as well as L’Argentiere, the nearest local town. If you have a car there are 6 ski resorts all within a 50 minute drive. In summer you have mountain biking, and walking from the doorstep. And there are many rock climbing and Via Ferrata venues all within a short drive. |
