The apartment is all on one level, and comprises one triple bedroom, with a double and single bed, a combined dining area and a fitted kitchen, with double sofa bed, TV/DVD and CD player, a shower room and separate toilet. French windows lead to a small patio and a large shared garden.

There is ample storage for bikes and outdoor gear in summer and skis or ice gear in winter. The kitchen is fully equipped with a standard size oven, a 4-ring gas hob, a fridge, coffeemaker and kettle, plus all the usual kitchen utensils.

In summer there are free tennis courts a few minutes walk away, and you have mountain biking, and walking from the doorstep, as well as fantastic rock climbing and Via Ferrata all within a 10 minute drive.

In winter you can X-C ski and snowshoe locally, and you are only 15 minutes drive away from the award-winning family ski resort of Puy-St-Vincent and just 5 minutes drive from Pelvoux ski station. If you don’t want to drive, there is also a local ski bus service. Close to the apartment there is also a large open area suitable for sledging and making snowmen.

Parking for two cars is off-road, by the apartment, and there is wireless internet access if required, free-of-charge.
