The apartment is on the ground floor and all on the same level. There is one double bedroom, and one coin montagne with bunk beds which leads to an open plan kitchen/dining/living area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, a 4 ring hob, and full sized oven (with extractor fan), a fridge freezer, coffeemaker and kettle, plus all the usual kitchen utensils. The living area has a TV/DVD player and a double sofa bed. There is also a separate toilet, and a shower room with separate basin and washing machine.

To the rear of the apartment there is a garage/equipment storage area for skis, bikes, canoes or climbing equipment. And to the front you have an east-facing terrace with wood planking, and a small private garden, complete with barbecue. From here you can enjoy superb views overlooking Vallouise.

The apartment is ideal if you want a comfortable family base in summer or a lively ski group in winter as it is only a short 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Vallouise, yet you are located in a quiet and private sector of the Village.

From the doorstep you can mountain bike, or walk in summer, and in winter you can put on snowshoes and walk from the apartment or ski down to the prepared X-C ski trails on the Vallouise plain a few minutes ski away.

The apartment also gives you easy access to the village square, the beautiful 15th Century Church and the weekly Thursday market for which the historic village of Vallouise is famous for.
The apartment comes complete with lots of local information about what's on offer including free loan of maps and guidebooks for walking, climbing or mountain biking.
