The chalet sleeps six to seven people. On the first floor there are three bedrooms – one double bedroom, one bedroom with three singles, and a bedroom with two singles. There is one bathroom on this floor with a separate shower and bath, plus access from one of the bedrooms and landing onto a balcony with superb views facing south. The chalet has internet facilities provided free-of-charge.

Downstairs there is a convenient entrance lobby with built-in wardrobe, a toilet, a large fitted kitchen (including dish washer and washing machine), and a big open-plan dining/sitting room complete with TV/DVD and CD players. From here there is direct access to a spacious balcony with superb south facing views of Puy-St-Vincent Ski Resort and the mountains of the Ecrins Massif. The balcony leads directly down to the large garden shared with the apartment below.

Chalet Aigliere has its own off-road parking for two cars, and there is a garage which provides an ideal safe storage area for any outdoor toys such as bikes, canoes or skis!

The chalet is situated in the heart of the Ecrins Massif, France’s first national park, and provides an ideal base for year-round outdoor activities including walking and mountain biking from the doorstep, as well as fantastic rock climbing and Via Ferrata all within a 10 minute drive. In winter you can X-C ski and snowshoe locally, and you are only 10 minutes drive away from the award-winning family ski resort of Puy-St-Vincent and just five minutes drive from Pelvoux ski station. If you have children an easy 10 minute walk will take you to an open hillside, ideal for sledging and making snowmen.
